MONITORAPP has launched the intelligent Web application firewall and Database security gateway to cope with a new security threat in applications. The WEB INSIGHT SG of an intelligent Web application firewall with the patented profiling technology of a self-learning algorithm applied in it has already been evaluated way better than other products in terms of function and performance in Korea. As a proof for that, it has set a record as 1st registered product of the GS certified Web firewalls and the NEP certified information security products of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy. It also made a contract with the National Intelligent Service for the CC certification as a gateway type Web firewall for the first time in Korea. Furthermore, the DB INSIGHT SG of a Database security gateway product was proven as the best of its kind for an access control and strict audit of Database and was certified for GS and CC satisfying all the required functions of preventive blocking and audit. Also, based on our patent applied user tracing technology linked with Web and Database, we were successful in the commercialization of linking the WEB INSIGHT SG with the DB INSIGHT SG and, as a result, we developed a unique data protection solution realizing a complete security for any illegal access to Databases through Web.
