Mr. Lee co-founded MONITORAPP in February,
2005, and served as chief executive
officer. He comes up with core competence,set strategic direction,
and manages
entire resource allocation for the company. He leads MONITORAPP to
a successful
venture in a emerging security market. Prior to establishment of MONITORAPP,
He served as business development manager for several security software
vendor -Cybertek Holdings, Symantec, XCURENET.
He brings strategic insight and business development expertise to
MONITORAPP.
He holds a bachelor degree in Arts from
Yonsei University in Korea.

Mr. Ahn co-founded MONITORAPP
in February, 2005, and serves as chief technology
officer. As a CTO, Peter Ahn sets the technical vision and strategy
for the company,
bringing APPLICATION INSIGHT™ technology to the company. He
manages Research & Development and engineering. Prior to joining
MONITORAPP, he had more than
10 years experience in developing security software. Especially, he
has deep
understanding of TCP/IP stack and unique technology for kernel driver.
He utilized his knowledge in software development and his experience
working as development manager for couple of software development
companies to develop
the technical foundation for MONITORAPP¡¯s security solutions. He worked
for KTNET,
and XCURENET before MONITORAPP.
He holds a master degree
in Computer Science from Korea Advanced Institute of
Science and Technology in Korea.

Mr. Ryu serves as Business Development
Manager in MONITORAPP.
He develops business plan and business strategy. Prior to joining
MONITORAPP, he served as an Engineer, Instructor, Technical-Sales
in Cybertek Holdings, Inc.In addition to various experiences in security
market, his insight and passion for business development make MONITORAPP
a persistent growth engine.
He hold a bachelor degree in Business Adminitration form Seoul National
University in Korea.

Mr. Shin is counseling companies on the most
efficient ways in order to run our business strategy and business
ethics.
He has consecutively filled with various government posts to the Korea
Institute for Defense Analyses, Agency for Defense Development, Ministry
of National Defense Repulic of Korea and he has also served as CEO
of Korea Cyber Payment Co., Ltd and CTO of Korea Express Co., Ltd.
Recently He has played an important role in combining wide experience
in the field of IT with the creative challenge of MONITORAPP.
Mr. Shin is currently a visitor professor to the Korea Advanced Institute
of Science and Technology in Korea. He holds doctors and master degrees
in computer science with Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology
in Korea.
He received a bachelor degree in engineering
from Seoul National University in Korea.
